The children have continued to work hard planting their seeds.  They took the weeds out a big planter and put them in the wheelbarrow.  They then turned over the soil and put in some seeds!

 

The children coloured and cut out different shapes to make a picture of a mosque for their RME work.

 

The children used stencils and paint in Art this week to make pictures of minibeasts.

 

We made and enjoyed some salad wraps.  The ingredients are similar to some of the things we are growing in our greenhouse!  We washed the ingredients first and then chopped and sliced them.

 

 

 

The boys and girls in Primary 4 enjoyed the football festival on Friday.

We have had a busy first week back.  We visited the Garden Centre and bought tomato, lettuce, cress, sunflower and marigold seeds.  Back at school we went to the greenhouse to plant our seeds.  We also wrote instructions for how to plant seeds.
